Refund Policy
We are not able to accept return of products just because you change your mind. Under the Australian Consumer's Code, there is a guarantee that if you have chosen goods based on a sample or demonstration model, the goods must match in quality, state or condition.
If we find the machine/tools purchased to be faulty, the following arrangement is in place:
The customer pays for the return postage and if we find the machine is faulty due to manufacture error, we will exchange the machine for another new machine and reimburse postage costs. We do not cover damage caused to the machine by the customer or by abuse or accidental damage. Prior to return of the machine, we can assist the customer by giving advice on use of the tools to overcome obstacles or alternatively, if the customer no longer wants the tools, we will offer to advertise the tool/s on our website in the '2nd hand goods for sale' section. In that situation, advertising on our website would be a free service.
